#1 GENERAL

Q: Do you have a minimum required amount?
A: Orders must be $100.00 or more

Q: May I make a re-order of certain item(s) below the minimum?
A: Yes. We understand that sometimes you may forget to order certain item(s) with you initial
     order.
     If a re-order is made within 7 business days of your regular order ($100.00 or more), you may
     make an order below $100.00

Q: What type of payment do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, which includes:
     Visa, Mastercard, Discover

Q: Do you accept C.O.D.?
A: Sorry, we do not accept C.O.D.

Q: I do not have a retail license or business tax I.D. May I still make purchases?
A: Sorry, we only wholesale and we require you to have a valid retail license or business tax I.D

Q: Can I download or get a copy of picture(s) from your website?
A: All of the images/pictures on our website are copyrighted and owned by chicncool.com.
     We do not distribute pictures or allow the images to be copied.

Q: Item I have ordered previously is now out of stock and taken out of my order, will you ship the
     item once they are in-stock?
A: We do not take backorders on out of stock items, however we will notify you via telephone or
     e-mail upon your request.

Q: Item I saw on your website previously and/or saved in My Cart is not shown anymore; do you
     still have the item in-stock?
A: It is more than likely that the item is sold out and taken off our website.
     Please e-mail us at info@chicncool.com for availability of the item.

Q: The item I want is sold out, are you getting the item back in?
A: Most of our monogrammable items are continuously restocked, however some of the more
     seasonal and trendy items are not.



#2 ORDER

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply, browse through our many selections and click on the item(s) you wish to purchase.
     Specify the color and quantity you wish to purchase and click on the Cart icon. Item(s) are
     added to your Shopping Cart in this fashion.
     When you are done making your selections, click on Check Out icon from your Shopping Cart.
     Fill in your Shipping/Billing addresses and your credit card information then click Complete to
     complete your order.

Q: If I place an order today, when can I expect the order to ship?
A: Within 24 to 48 hours from the time of order.

Q: Could you ship orders on the same day?
A: We try our best to ship all orders same day as received, however this is not a guarantee.
     In most cases, orders received before 12:00PM EST are shipped out on the same day and
     orders received after 12:00PM EST will ship within 24 hours.
     We will notify you via telephone or e-mail, if your orders are delayed.

Q: I have an urgent order, will you ship same day even after 12:00PM EST?
A: We understand certain situations in business you must meet unexpected deadline.
     Please call us at: 678-739-4400
     Although, we cannot promise with limited time frame.
     We will do our very best to meet your time limit with your urgent need in mind.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: You can go to Track Shipping on top of our website and insert your order number or tracking
     number.

Q: Will I be able to add item(s) to my existing order?
A: You may call us to add item(s) to your order, if your order status is either Pending or
     Processing.
     Once the order has been shipped, you will have to place a separate order.

Q: How do I cancel my order?
A: If an order is in the status of Pending or Processing, it may be canceled.
     Please call us with your order number ready to cancel an order.

Q: My order has been shipped, can I still cancel my order?
A: You may only return an order which has been shipped and can no longer be canceled.
     If you wish to return an order, shipping fee will not be refunded and there will be a 15%
     restocking fee.
     Returning shipping fees must be paid at your own expense.



#4 RETURN

Q: How do I exchange/return my item(s)?
A: We accept exchanges/returns on manufacture defects or wrongfully sent item(s).
     Please go to our Policy page on bottom of our website for more information on how to return
     your item(s).

Q: I have made a mistake and I want to return my entire order, is this possible?
A: We make an exception for returning order made by mistake within 7 business days of the date
     order is made.
     We do not refund shipping cost and there will be a 15% restocking fee.
     Please visit our Policy page for more information.

Q: I have an item which is defective, however I have embroidery work on it. Is it still refundable?
A: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on item(s) which has been altered from the original
     state.

Q: My customer has brought back an item after use, is it still refundable?
A: Sorry, we do not accept returns on any used item(s).



#5 SHIPPING

Q: Do you ship outside of United States?
A: We only ship to continental U.S. (48 States Excluding Alaska and Hawaii),
     no international shipping.

Q: Are all the items shown on your website in-stock and ready to be shipped?
A: We update our inventory by the hour to insure stock represented on our website is accurate
     and up to date.
     We strive for perfection; however on rare occasions certain items do not get updated properly.
     Most of our products are ready to be shipped in our warehouse.

Q: Do you have expedited shipping options?
A: Yes, we offer UPS Next Day Air, Second Day Air, 3 Day Select.
     Please refer to our Ground shipping time chart first by visiting our Shipping page.
     Certain areas will deliver in 1 business day via UPS Ground.

Q: I need my order shipped to a new address, how do I change my shipping address?
A: If the change is permanent or long term.
     We recommend you update your shipping information under your account, so you do not have to type your address each time you place an order.
     If you'll only ship to your new address on rare occasions.
     Simply type in your new address when you place your order.

Q: have placed an order with wrong address, can I still change my shipping address?
A: If the status of your order is still Pending or Processing we can easily change it for you, simply
     call us to supply your correct shipping address.
     If your order has already been shipped, we will have to check on the progress of the shipment,
     if it is still in the early phase, we can change it with additional fee.
     If your package has already been delivered to the wrong address, we cannot make any changes.
