Sales Policy:
We require our buyers to provide us with a valid business tax ID and a minimum purchase order of $100 per order.

If you do not have a valid business tax ID, please contact us for more information.



Payment Policy:

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

Your credit card will be charged once your order is shipped.

Your billing information must match with your credit card number;

otherwise your order is subject to cancellation or delayed shipment.



Return Policy:
Return requests can be made within 10 days upon receipt of the merchandise.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on clearance items.

Return requests are only accepted if it's a manufacture's defect or for wrongfully sent items.Returning items must be in brand new condition as you received in the original bag with its tags attached.

Used and altered items cannot be accepted.



How to follow our return procedure:

A: Return Request made through phone:
Contact our representative to receive the RA number and follow procedures 4 ~ 6 below.

B: Return Request made through our website:

1. Go to "My Page" then "Order History" and find the item(s) youwish to return and click "Return" button on the bottom of that order page.

2. In the Comment Box please state your reason for your return.

3. Once you have submitted your return request you will receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number

4. Pack your return item with the RA number written on the outside of the box as well as the printed order invoice and RA number inside the box.

5. Go to the nearest post office and ship out your box (insurance fees or any extra fees added to the shipment WILL NOT be reimbursed)

6. Once we have received your returned item we will review and issue a store credit towards your account plus the applicable shipping cost.
